Get the ENGAGE project handbook! "Strategic approach to international cooperation and project work"

We encourage everyone to read the handbook, which will allow you to understand the mechanisms of creating international cooperation through projects with foreign partners. The handbook illustrates the steps to be taken if an organization wants to raise its activities to an international level. The publication was created as part of the ENGAGE! Project implemented by the Baltic Institute of Regional Affairs (BISER, Gdynia) and our Association and the Agder County Council (Norway). The project focuses on strengthening the international cooperation capacity of the third sector from northern Poland. Thanks to the publication, non-governmental organizations will learn about the necessary strategy - why the organization must have a clear vision, what social challenges to take, what are the conditions for cooperation and define the necessary action plan. Filling in these elements will surely bring the desired results.
