I. Adoption of a resolution by the Council on the accession of the Self-government to the Association
Adoption of the Resolution on joining the Association is connected with taking the duties of a member of the Association and assuming joint responsibility for the work and functioning of the Association of Polish Communes Euroregion Baltic and its structures.
II. In special situations, the Council adopts a Resolution to appoint a plenipotentiary/representative for cooperation with the Association
Self-government membership in the Association requires the election of its representative. A natural person representing the local government in the Association and at the General Meeting of Delegates, in which they participate with ordinary members - one representative of each commune and poviat, and with an advisory vote - honorary and supporting members.
