NURSECOAST-II - Study visit to Denmark

A study visit of the NURSECOAST-II project consortium to Denmark took place from 25-27 October. The project partners, together with the experts invited to the project, had the opportunity to learn about the pilot projects of the NURSECOAST-II wastewater treatment plants in Skovsgård and Næstved.

The proposed solutions hold great potential for improving the Baltic Sea by improving small sewage systems, which are particularly prone to high seasonality.

During the visit, the project partners also had fruitful discussions, working out synergies and supporting joint initiatives.
