Proper Evaluation: Key to Successfully Organizing the Youth Democracy Festival

Organizing social, educational, and cultural events requires not only proper planning and effective execution but also a systematic assessment of how they unfold and what results they yield. The evaluation process makes it possible to identify the initiative's strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and draw conclusions that can help enhance the quality of future activities. This collection of documents serves as a tool for conducting a post-event (ex-post) evaluation, based on the methodology and tools of the CB YDF (Cross-Border Youth Democracy Festival) developed under the D-Effect project. Its aim is to gather information regarding the organization, execution, and outcomes of the Festival, as well as to assess the level of engagement among various stakeholder groups-particularly young people. The data obtained will facilitate an analysis of the effectiveness of the solutions employed and an assessment of their practical value within the context of local social and educational activities.

The documents cover aspects such as the nature of the event, the participant profile, the extent of youth involvement in the organizational process, and a summary of key activities and results.
