Training Cours in Romania
Our Association has been working with and for young people for years. Recently, we had the unique opportunity to be part of the ELF Festival - organised in Romania, as part of the Erasmus+ project . To the event, we took with us not only STG ERB representatives, but also representatives of the young generation from Elbląg City Hall, Piotr Aszkielaniec and Michał Butkiewicz, chairman of the New Generation in Warmia and Mazury. During the festival, our delegation imparted maximum knowledge to the visiting young people on topics related to both project writing, such as creating project fiches, and topics such as cyber-security, photography and cryptography, which undoubtedly contributed to making the festival more attractive. An important part of the delegation was to take part in a training course to learn about the behind-the-scenes preparation of similar events.
The ELF - or Experiential Learning Forum - is a 7-year project to promote informal education, ecology, learning through play and community spirit. ELF brings together young people, youth workers from around the world and local communities to celebrate experiential learning. During the few days of the event, there were quite a few workshops and demonstrations, which were not only another attraction for the young audience, but also an avenue to learn new skills and interesting content.
